Concept Overview

The RSW Invest in Women 2025: Leadership & Mentorship Summit is an initiative designed to uplift, support, and invest in women by providing knowledge, resources, and opportunities for success. This summit offers a transformative platform for women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to gain insights, expand networks, and receive recognition for their contributions.

Selected projects will receive funding for implementation starting January 2026, ensuring that women’s ideas are actively brought to life. Additionally, selected participants will have an exclusive one-week internship opportunity in Australia for international exposure and hands-on experience in leadership.

The summit is part of a larger global initiative connected to Miss RSW International, which empowers women, amplifies their voices, and creates lasting social impact.

Each participant will receive an official RSW Invest in Women Summit T-shirt, symbolizing their role in this global movement. The summit operates under the Business as Mission (BAM) Department of Rise and Shine World Inc., which integrates business practices with mission work to create sustainable social and economic change.

5. Create a Sustainable Support Network – Build a strong global network for mentorship and collaboration.
