THE STORY OF RSW TALENT HUNT

A Brief Background

In 2009 when Bishop Justin Alain was a young man, one time when he went to pray at the church in the village where he lived, there was a youth training program with the theme of: Let your gift shine if it is Jesus who gave it to you.

Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God.

(2 Timothy 1:6-8)

The training was organized by people from America.

After three days of training, it made him understand that it was time for his talents to be revealed and enlightened to many. It motivated him to use the gift that given to him by God.

Since that time, he felt that there are people who are self-deprecating among them who feel that they are not capable of anything, he feels that he should go and tell people to show their talents because they were given to them by God.

Years later he got married and continued the good work of serving God through the gifts given to him by God together with his wife in expanding the kingdom of God.

Around 2012, God found Bishop Justin Alain in a vision. In that vision, God showed him 5 stars in 1 star and immediately produced 3 Things, God has revealed to him that the five stars are the 5 directions of the earth, the five continents of the world, and the 5 directions that characterize man if they will combine in 1 star (Jesus Christ) would come out:

Ø Peace and love

Ø Unit and reconciliation

Ø Revival and salvation

All those Three things will spread all over the world by the holy spirit

God asked him to tell the people of the world that they should approach God in everything they do so that God can continue to give them peace.

Bishop Justin Alain and his beautiful wife continue to serve God in different ways as many people see the hand of God.

In 2015 his wife started feeling unwell and when they went to hospital, she was diagnosed multiples mass in Liver, breast, ovaries, and uterus. From then Bishop Justin Alain started seeking medical help for her lovely queen. From May 2015 to December 2015 his wife was on and off the hospital and this drained his family emotionally and financially. His wife who was also pregnant had been admitted in Hospital in October 2015 where she was to undergo surgery to safe the baby because she was very weak. After She delivered, she was in hospital until February 2016 when she succumbed to cancer.  Bishop Justin Alain have been left behind with three children.

Following his wife’s passing, Bishop Justin began looking after his young children, life was not easy at all because he took care of his children alone and served God in his daily work. It was very difficult for him, but he continued to remember what he learned in the training that every talent you have should serve God.

Many people tried to get rid of her children to raise them, but she told them that she could not get rid of her children because she considers them as a gift from God, but she will take care of them properly in her responsibilities as a parent. He used all his wisdom and all his strength to take care of the children who were left very young after losing their mother.

That's when he continued to have the idea to encourage people to use their talents because they are capable, they shouldn't underestimate themselves in everything or feel that they are not capable.

At that time when life was hard, it was necessary for Bishop Justin to find another wife to continue his mission of serving God based on his vision to reach the world with the gospel through various activities

It is in this context that Bishop Justin and his wife, Marlene Justin, have founded an international religious organization called Rise and Shine World Inc. with the aim of spreading the message of God to all believers and non-believers as well as helping people in charitable and loving activities.

and its organization with the goal that wherever God needs agent that no private land is allowed to have only religious servants. Everyone is a messenger of God in various activities. rise and shine world has a variety of activities including mobilizing people to serve God through their various talents.

For this reason, some of the activities in the rise and shine world include giving the people a platform to demonstrate their abilities to serve God.

RSW TALENT HUNT TODAY

Rise and Shine World Inc. has launched a competition called RSW TALENT HUNT. it will take place in many parts of the world to display their hidden talent, nurture their qualities & remove their stage fright and to develop the confidence they need to achieve their personal best with God.

RSW TALENT HUNT is an international talent pageant that will be held in different countries every year and will conclude with a RSW TALENT HUNT International, talent pageant where contestants will come from the different countries to take part in the RSW TALENT HUNT International pageant. in the context of expanding the kingdom of God because everywhere God needs agents.

RSW TALENT HUNT International, talent Pageant attracts contestant’s participants who are willing to become ambassador of RSW’s activities brand. These outstanding contestants will be judged on:

ü christian cultural values.

ü intelligence,

ü skills,

ü knowledge

RSW TALENT HUNT International, talent Pageant has eliminated some segments not related with our values in order to promote decency as well as integrating the diverse belief systems of world's people
